The Facility

Fair Weather Farm encompasses 140 acres including extensive manicured rolling pastures, lakes and wooded trails. Seven expansive grass fields are utilized for both day and night turn-out.  The farm also offers seven all weather paddocks for rainy days.

Barn Hours 9 a.m. to 9 p.m.

The Barn

  • 42 - 12' x 12' stalls 

  • Grooming stalls with fans & radiant heat

  • Wash-rack with hot & cold water, & radiant heat

  • 80' x 220' indoor arena with SRS Blend footing & several mirrors

  • Heated & air-conditioned lounge, tack rooms with individual lockers, office, & restrooms

  • ADT Security system

  • Laundry Room
